FAQ

Everything you need to know about Ogment.

Do I need to be technical to use Ogment?

No. O is built for business users - if you can describe what you want in plain English, you can use it. No code, no workflow builders, no setup. Just tag @O in Slack like you'd message a colleague.

Which tools can I connect?

Connect from our library of 1,000+ native integrations - your CRM, support tools, docs, analytics, and more. Need something specific? We also support custom API integrations to connect niche software or your own internal APIs.

How can you ensure my data is safe?

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We're SOC 2 compliant and GDPR compliant. For more detail, email legal@ogment.ai or read our privacy policy.

How does the credit system work?

One shared credit pool for your whole organization - not per seat. Credits convert the underlying cost of running your agent (AI tokens, web browsing, infrastructure) into a single, simple unit. Token costs are passed through at cost, with a small margin to cover infrastructure - so you always pay close to what the work actually costs.

What happens if I run out of credits?

You're always in control. In settings, you can cap usage so you never exceed your credit balance. Or enable overages and keep going at $0.0015 / credit - you only pay for what you use.

How much does it cost?

Plans range from $50 to $500/month - see the pricing page for full details. Every plan covers unlimited Slack users - the whole team gets an agent. For larger organizations, we offer custom enterprise pricing with SLAs and IdP integration.

How fast is setup?

Fast. Install Ogment on your Slack workspace and have your first automation running in under 30 minutes. IT approves connectors once, and every employee is enabled instantly.

How does this compare to Claude in Slack?

Claude in Slack is a great Q&A assistant - it answers questions, drafts, and summarizes threads. O goes further: it connects to 1,000+ tools, executes real work across them, proactively suggests automations, and remembers context across your whole org. In short, Claude gives you smart answers; O gives you finished work.

How does it compare to ChatGPT?

ChatGPT is a powerful general-purpose chatbot, but it lives in a separate app and works one user at a time. O lives inside Slack where your team already works, connects to your business tools to actually get things done, and shares memory and skills across the whole organization - no app-switching, no per-seat setup.
